2008 Sunbrook edgewater in Frederick, Maryland For Sale

I've got a Sunnybrook Edgewater 267RLE 30 foot pull behind travel trailer that I bought new in xxxx.(xxxx Model) We don't have the time/opportunity to use it like we thought we would. In fact, we pretty much didn't use it at all, it's just been taking up space in the driveway. (Never even renewed the tags when they expired) It has a power slider, roll out awning, full kitchen (oven/stove/microwave/refrigerator have never been used), toilet & shower (also never used), bedroom w/queen bed, as well as a sofa that converts to a bed and a booth style table that will convert to a bed.
The Bad:
From sitting it needs a good exterior detail/clean, the factory decals are fading & peeling in some spots and the propane tank cover is weather worn and needs to be replaced. (Factory cover is the soft type and since the tanks sit near the hitch, it's exposed to the elements.)
When I went out to take pictures I found a damp spot on the carpet near the left rear window so that needs to be addressed. (In all honesty, even though this thing hasn't been used, it has been sitting so I would suggest spending some time doing some re-sealing/maintenance.
The Good:
If you're looking for a travel trailer this size, don't have or don't want to spend the $20,000 to $30,000 to get a new one, and have something to trade that I'm interested in, you can have yourself a pretty nice trailer with no checks to write or monthly payments. Willing to trade for the right classic car, let me know what you have.
