1984 Sunrunner 22ft. Used Cabin Cruiser - CT Boat with 26ft Trailer - in Frederick, Maryland For Sale

This boat comes with 26ft trailer but needs some repairs and a good cleaning. Here is what I am told:
1- The shifter does not work to shift into reverse or forward from neutral. I am told you have to remove the out-drive to correct that problem. Volvo out-drives are rather special and this should only be done by someone who knows what they are doing.
2- The sea water pump is leaking and needs to be replaced.
3- Fuel tank needs to be opened and gas removed and the inside of the tank cleaned.
4- You need to put in a new bilge pump in the engine compartment - probably $40 installed.
5- The batteries may have died over the winter.
Things you don't have to do:
I put a new water pump on the boat, there is a new carburetor, and thermostat housing.
I had an estimate for the work to be about $xxxx.00 and this was by a marine repair shop.
I think you have a good boat, but now you will have to do some fix-up. I just don't have the time to do it nor the money to spend on it so I am selling it as is.
